माझे नाव निलेश भुतांब्रे, प्रबळगडाच्या पायथ्याशी माझे गाव वसलेले आहे. शिक्षण क्षेत्रात पदवी घेणारा माझ्या गावामधून मी एकमेव आदिवासी मुलगा. हे गाव प्रबळगडाच्या ऐतिहासिक क्षेत्रात तर येतेच व निसर्ग सौंदर्यपूर्ण आहे. गावाच्या वरच्या बाजूला प्रबळगड व त्याला लागुन कलावंती दुर्ग आणि आजूबाजूचा नैसर्गिक परिसर, विशेष करून या स्थानाकडे पर्यटकांचा वाढता कल आहे. त्याच बरोबर पर्यटकांची होणारी गैरसोय. हे सर्व बघायचे, आनुभवायचे तर दोन दिवस पाहिजे. मग रहायचे कुठे? खायचे काय? हे प्रश्नआहेतच. मग यावर उपाय म्हणून काही पर्यटक गडाच्या पायथ्याशी असणाऱ्या गवातामध्ये राहतात, काही तरी खाऊन कशीबशी रात्र काढतात? नाहीतर एका दिवसामध्ये कोणते तरी एक ठिकाण पाहून घरी जायचे हे पक्के. रात्री गावामध्ये रहाणारे ग्रुप बघितले तर ते फ़क्त पुरुषवर्गांचेच? फॅमिली व महिला असणारे ग्रुप फ़क्त दिवासाच पाहायला मिळतात. याचे कारण काय ? याचे कारण एकच की रात्री गावामध्ये राहाण्याची, खाण्याची-पिण्याची होणारी गैरसोय ? हा ऐतिहासिक भाग पूर्ण न करता तेथील आजूबाजूचा नैसर्गिक परिसराचा अनुभव घेण्याकरिता, नुसती पुरुषी पिकनिक न करता, फॅमिली, लेडीस, जेन्ट्स ग्रुप पिकनिक करण्याकरीता व रात्री गावामध्ये राहाण्या, खाण्याची-पिण्याची होणारी "गैरसोय" दूर करण्याकरिता.. पर्यटकांची पायपिट दूर करण्याकरिता... या सगळ्या अडचणीवर मात करण्यासाठी मी गावामध्ये दोन दिवस व एक रात्र असे मिळून ट्रेकिंग व सहल प्याकज पुरवत आहोत तसेच हॉटेल आणि लॉगिंग सेवा पुरवत आहे. यासाठी मला तुमच्या मार्गदर्शनाची आणि तुमच्या प्रतिक्रियेची गरज आहे. त्यामुळे मी पर्यटकांना त्यांच्या इच्छेनुसार चांगली सेवा देऊ शकेन. मी तुमच्या प्रतिक्रियेची आतुरतेने वाट बघेन तसेच प्रस्ताव, सम्मोहन, संकेत पाठवण्याची कृपा करावी..
Dear Tourist,
Machi Prabal is an ancient and beautiful village. It is situated half-way up a mountain (such a plateau or ledge is called a "machi" in Marathi) at the base of the fort Prabalgad. Because of the two forts Prabalgad and Kalavantin and the natural beauty of the surrounding regions, many visitors and fort-enthusiasts are attracted to this place.
To fully explore this area, you will need at least two days. However, many visitors have had some difficulty in finding food and lodging near this village. Some visitors would return home after one day tour and others would spend the night sleeping outdoors on the grass and eating whatever they could bring or manage to obtain. It is also hard for ladies and children to stay here comfortably.
My name is Nilesh Bhutambre (I am called "Bhau" by those close to me, especially by everyone in my village). I’m the only “Adivasi" boy to graduate from my village. One day, while i was searching for information about my village and the fort of Kalavantin Durg and Prabalgad, i saw that there are lot of tourists who visit this fort and report on their blog or website. Some of these tourists motioned that there is no facility available for food or accommodation. That is when I decided to provide these facilities to Prabalgad and Kalavantin Durg tourists. My Graduation and Diploma in Programming Language helped me make web page to spread the word about my idea and services.
